Before registration and payment, we kindly ask that you take a moment and thoroughly review all policies and procedures, as they are binding once you register with us.

All policies and procedures are subject to change at any time without notification. If you have any questions regarding our policies and procedures, please contact Early Bird Parenting, LLC at: policiesandprocedures@earlybirdparenting.com

Enrollment Policy:

Early Bird Parenting recognizes the importance of all parenting roles and family structures. We welcome all caregivers to participate in Infant and Toddler Enrichment Classes. Mommy Groups are limited to mom and baby only.

Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy (if you cancel):

If you need to cancel a group, class, or workshop registration, please give 48-hours notice for a full tuition refund. A cancellation less than 48 hours before start of group, class or workshop will be issued 50% tuition refund in the form of an Early Bird Parenting account credit. This account credit is valid for future use towards any Early Bird Parenting class, group, or workshop, and will not expire.

A cancellation after start of group, class or workshop will be issued 25% tuition refund in the form of an Early Bird Parenting account credit. This account credit is valid for future use towards any Early Bird Parenting class, group or workshop, and will not expire.

In the event of a complete lack of cancellation notification prior to the start of a group, class or workshop, tuition will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

To cancel registration, clients must send written notice via email to: cancelregistration@earlybirdparetning.com. We will process and issue the appropriate refund or credit, based on the date of request, within 7 business days. For questions about how to use or apply account credit towards future class registration, please give us a call at (617) 650-4076. Payments and account credits are non-transferable between clients.

Group, Class and Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy (if we cancel):

Early Bird Parenting reserves the right to cancel a group, class or workshop up to 24 hours prior to the start if enrollment minimum is not met. In the event of a cancellation, client will be notified via the email address provided. You will be given the choice of a full refund in form of payment or account credit.

Occasionally, due to facilitator illness or a facility-related event, Early Bird Parenting is forced to cancel a group, class or workshop. Please know that we are committed to our clients and will make every effort to find an alternate facilitator for the group, class or workshop. If we are unable to find a sub for the day, we will work closely with the class participants to provide a timely and suitable make-up option.

Make-up Policy:

Early Bird Parenting understands that our clients may have to miss a class for any number of reasons. Therefore, we allow one make-up class within the session when possible. It is the client’s responsibility to schedule the make-up class with the facilitator. Any unused make-up class will be forfeited at the end of the session and no account credit or refund will be given. Workshops cannot be re-scheduled or refunded due to the limited availability and advanced registration; however, if permitted by the facilitator, enrollment may be transferred to another individual.

Health & Well-being Policy:

In an effort to keep our clients and facilitators healthy and safe, we ask that you exercise caution and consideration for others if either you or your baby is not well. Please use your best judgment when deciding whether or not to bring your baby to a group or class when he/she is experiencing obvious signs of sickness. If you or your baby appears too sick to participate, Early Bird Parenting reserves the right to ask client and baby to kindly leave.

Weather Cancellation Policy:

During inclement weather, Early Bird Parenting reserves the right to cancel groups, classes and workshops to ensure the safety of our clients and facilitators. We typically follow the Hingham Public School closings for weather related cancellations; however, we reserve the right to determine otherwise. Please check our website homepage or call for inclement weather closing announcements. We will NOT send email notification. We will do our best to offer a make-up class or workshop for those affected by the cancellation; however, it is not always possible due to facilitator availability and other scheduling considerations. No refund or account credit will be issued if a group, class or workshop is cancelled due to inclement weather.

Footwear Policy:

We would like to keep our environment as clean and sanitary as possible. We kindly request, once you enter, please remove your shoes and leave them either on the boot trays or in the white cubbies. The entranceway area is not monitored; please do not leave valuable belongings. Each room has cubbies to store diaper bags and personal items.

Nursing/Feeding Policy:

You may breastfeed or bottle-feed your baby anywhere and at anytime.

Arrival/Departure policy:

We ask that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled group, class or workshop and stay no later than 15 minutes after. This ensures that our facilitators have adequate time to prepare for each group, class, or workshop.

Stroller Parking Policy:

Strollers may be parked outside the building entrance, on the right hand side. Please park strollers neatly in a row, as to not obstruct the parking lot. Please do not bring strollers into the building. The stroller area is not monitored; park at your own risk.

Automobile Parking Policy:

Free 3-hour parking is available in the parking lot where Early Bird Parenting is located.
